Mr. Liu is an attorney admitted in the State of Illinois. Mr. Liu has represented public companies and private equity firms as both buyers and sellers in connection with more than $2 billion worth of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, asset dispositions and joint venture transactions across industries including industrial manufacturing, finance, healthcare, consumer products, technology and education.


Prior to joining Centauri Capital Partners, Mr. Liu worked as an associate in the Private Equity/Mergers & Acquisitions team of Paul Hastings Chicago office. Mr. Liu also helped a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company establish its first U.S. subsidiary as its Director of Business Operations and Legal Counsel. Mr. Liu obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Liu also holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from University of Maryland – R.H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance degree from Capital University of Economics and Business.
