Mr. Thompson has over 10 years experience assisting clients across the globe with corporate valuation and financial related issues. He has led hundreds of valuations in various industries including manufacturing and distribution, automotive, healthcare, consumer products, technology, retail and real estate. His clients have ranged from start-up to Fortune 100 companies. He has also advised these clients on financial related issues pertaining to business plans, S-1 filings, deal structuring and international tax restructuring.


Prior to joining Centauri Capital Partners, Mr. Thompson held various leadership roles at global accounting firms. Mr. Thompson has presented many times about corporate valuation as well as published articles on the subject. Mr. Thompson earned his BS from Cornell University with a concentration in Finance. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and a candidate member with the American Society of Appraisers.
